For example, if you do not have a virus scanning package installed on your computer, Lobo Internet will recommend that you purchase and install Norton Anti-Virus software. If we reload software for you, you will have to provide the original, licensed CD-ROM's for us to use. If you do not have the original, licensed software, you will be required to purchase a new copy before Lobo Internet installs the software for you

We will come to your office to work on your computers. For customers of our Internet access, we provide free service (onsite or in our store) for resolving problems associated with logging into Lobo Internet networks.
For all other customers, or Internet access customers requiring help other than logging into Lobo Internet networks, we offer any level of PC-based assistance needed.

Our staff can turn an old P2 233MHz computer into a complete Firewall and Router. Or, we can build one from a single board computer with no moving parts. Our Firewalls run OpenBSD and can be configured to fit your unique needs. We can provide monthly support or on call support at our current monthly rate. We update our firewalls about every 6 weeks, more often if security alerts are posted.
